Phone arrived promptly, and in good condition. It would have been nice if a charger and instruction manual had been provided as well, but I wasn't really expecting such on a used phone at this price...

Product did not arrive in condition stated on posting. Seller wanted me to open up an insurance claim against USPS. Instead of that, I compromised on a discount on the product. While this process took several days, the seller had decent communication. Swappa help was huge in helping me coordinate all this.

USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Return & Refund Policies

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
