The sale want by hassle free and I received the device quickly! However, I recommend the seller be a little more careful with the packaging! The phone somehow slid out of its bubble wrap inside the box and was rattling around! Luckily the phone was still in perfect condition!

The phone that I received was exactly as it was advertised. I didn't do the research on the type of SIM card the S4 had. Fortunately for me, it was the same type as my current phone so the transfer of service was easy since I was able to place my old SIM in the S4. Make sure that you do the research so you don't have to pay for a new SIM card.
