Item sold was not mint condition, however seller provided partial refund for the sale. I really anticipated having a mint phone. Also, shipping materials were very poor, and should be shipped in a box.

USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
