Would’ve left 5 stars if device came as described.
The seller’s exact words were: “Never used, still has protective plastic. Would be "New" if unopened.” ..implying the device hadn’t been taken out of the plastic or used in any way—only open boxed. Which is great!..
However, the phone I received had clearly been used before. There was a small scratch in the screen protector applied to the device (thankfully there’s actually a screen protector! would’ve been much worse if there was a scratch in the glass!), and it was clear the plastic around the phone had been removed and reapplied, leading me to believe the device wasn’t exactly as described. Which is unfortunate considering I would’ve given 5 stars for this phone even if it was just described as “barely used”..
I could be misreading the situation, but all I know is there’s a scratch in the screen protector, and those don’t come from “never been used devices”..Good thing the phone was still in good shape. Just telling my story ??

took a while to hear from seller and had to wait on item getting shipped out. Would've been more understanding if there had been more transparent communication. But at least phone works, just customer experience felt off.

I would have liked some reassurance from the seller that this phone won't go onto the blacklist in 6 months, but I took a chance and will deal with the stress until I can know for sure. The phone arrived timely and in mint condition as described.
