Everything went well at first, but then the phone stopped working. After months of trying to figure it out, I finally learned from T-Mobile that it was blocked. Working through it with seller... Changing my rating to positive because seller fully refunded the phone. Thanks for doing that

Excellent sale
Phone came as described except for the speakers. They are a bit damaged, when playing videos or music, the sound is a bit ‘muddy’. Happens mostly with sounds that have a higher frequency.

For defects or operational issues not mentioned in the listing we accept free returns with a prepaid label within 30 days of the items delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
A 4.5% fee will be applied on cancelled orders, because paypal does not refund the fee. Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing.
BUYERS REMORSE
We will accept buyers remorse returns and issue you a free prepaid label however we will also charge a 15% restocking fee.
