I was really worried about buying a used phone after all the horror stories of other people just losing their money. But the sale went through very smoothly and the seller shipped right away just like they said they would. (post office had several delays but that wasn't the sellers fault at all). The phone is in beautiful condition just as described.

Shipped very quick. It's a nice phone, but I don't think I would list it as "mint". There is a light scratch on the screen that is about half an inch long, and minor damage at the hole that opens the sim slot. Would be at 5 stars if listed as "good".

I received the phone today which it came early. The seller shipped it out the same day I brought the phone before 3pm. The is in good condition as described in that the seller gave. The phone works very well I had the activated with no problems. This phone was compatible with my phone carrier ( MetroPCS).

Shipping Policies

• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.

Return & Refund Policies

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
