Device had pixel discoloration that could only be seen when screen was lit up black and no other time. Seller was very responsive and quick to issue a return label and offer a replacement phone but after further inspection and usage I determined it did not affect the performance of the phone otherwise and couldn't expect the seller to test the phone in low-light display. Kept phone and am very happy with it otherwise. Phone exterior is in great shape with no dents or marks or scratches on screen.

Shipping Policies

• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.

Return & Refund Policies

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
