OUTSTANDING customer support. Despite initial hardware problem, which after returning the phone the seller could not reproduce, they have shipped out a replacement which I have received in time to make it a Christmas gift. The seller never doubted my claim of faulty hardware, provided a paid-for return label and stayed in contact with me through the entire process.

The device I purchased had some had some damage that the seller could not have known about but they provided me a generous refund in spite of the fact that I voided the warrantee, forlessphones is a good company and I recommend purchasing from them.

Shipping Policies

• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.

Return & Refund Policies

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
