Delivery was made on a timely basis, and the phone was in good condition as stated on the listing. Packaging could have been a little more robust, the phone was able to bounce around in the box a bit.

Fast and good quality as described!

I got the phone pretty quickly. But It was very disappointing. The camera did not work. It did not focus maybe 35% of the time I opened the camera app. There was in addition a very large scratch on the back metal camera frame. It wasn't a big deal but it slightly annoyed me as I paid extra for it to be in good condition. I messaged the seller and they always took much longer to reply then I wanted. They kept dragging it out instead of just letting me return the item and get a refund. It took almost 3 weeks to finish. But I was able to return the phone and I was issued a full refund which is why I feel comfortable giving a neutral instead of flat negative. I'm sure they have provided good devices as the phone worked well aside from the camera. I just wish they had been a little faster and more professional.
