Great transaction, shipping was fast, seller was quick with answering questions. Phone was silver as pictured, and not gold as described. That didn't matter to us, so we're still happy. Thank you for putting our mind at ease in buying a used phone.

Received a near mint condition phone for below the average on Swappa. The device is great and functions perfectly. Unfortunately the priority shipping got delayed from 2/3 to 5 days, but hey, wasn't his fault and it was free shipping so I'm not complaining. When I got the phone I had an issue with activation that the seller cleared up right away. Great seller, would buy from again.

Excellent seller, there was an issue but had excellent communication and resolved the issue with no hesitation.
