Tablet was in great physical condition. The packaging could have been better. The top of the tablet wasn't secure in the box, so it flopped around a bit, but thankfully it sustained no damage. I also found a video clip of some dude on it and it wasn't factory reset. I did reset it after manually updating the firmware. Overall I love it, but those few issues are the reasons I gave 4 stars instead of five.

They sent the phone within minutes of purchase. Phone came better than described. I'd use them again!!!
