I was really excited to try Swappa, I have used and loved backmarket in the past, but was excited about another option. Unfortunately this is the glitchiest phone I’ve ever had. I postponed switching over for a month which was my mistake so I wasnt able to return it but will have to buy another phone, the audio is terrible, no one understands me on speaker phone. The keyboard and audio switch glitch many times a day. The location tracking is somehow really delayed so I keep missing turns while driving. None of which was occurring with past refurb phones. Seriously a bummer, not worth the affordability.

We have same-day shipping handling with FREE with UPS GROUND (3-day shipping). Tracking information will be uploaded within 24 hours! Any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out! Some orders may require a recipient's signature upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policies


At JFA Warehouse, we stand behind the quality and functionality of the devices we sell. Our return policy is as follows:

Defective or Misrepresented Items:
If a device arrives with a functional defect or condition issue that was not disclosed in the original listing description, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has been returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
All such issues must be reported within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.

Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns:
Returns requested for reasons unrelated to defects or listing inaccuracies (e.g., changed mind, wrong model purchased, etc.) will be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no alterations, iCloud/Find My iPhone locks, or damage caused post-delivery.
