Beware of this seller: using terms like "near mint" to describe the condition of a device with deep scratches on a display is deceptive. It is even more troubling that a seller would then state that the buyer would need to pay the fees and shipping to return an item, with an incorrect condition description while also refusing to offer a discount on the sale price. The way this company gets out of being held accountable for this is by listing the condition as "good" in the overarching product listing so that Swappa does not come after them.

We have same-day shipping handling with FREE with UPS GROUND (3-day shipping). Tracking information will be uploaded within 24 hours! Any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out! Some orders may require a recipient's signature upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policies


At JFA Warehouse, we stand behind the quality and functionality of the devices we sell. Our return policy is as follows:

Defective or Misrepresented Items:
If a device arrives with a functional defect or condition issue that was not disclosed in the original listing description, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has been returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
All such issues must be reported within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.

Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns:
Returns requested for reasons unrelated to defects or listing inaccuracies (e.g., changed mind, wrong model purchased, etc.) will be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no alterations, iCloud/Find My iPhone locks, or damage caused post-delivery.
