I bought a mint condition phone and it had problems since I got it out of the box. The camera continually would make a grinding noise and the screen would be wavy. I had this phone for over a month and it only got worse. Also, when I was trying to exchange it, the customer service was not very quick. It took over a week just to get a a return shipping label and the phone that I was hoping to exchange for was sold during the week time span that I heard nothing back from the seller.

iPhone 8 was listed as "mint" - but it had a rather dim third-party screen with colors that were pretty off. A check of the serial number showed that the battery had never been changed, yet it clearly had - especially since the phone was years old and the battery health was at 100%. It would have been better to disclose what had been done to the phone.

All order placed before 12pm EST, will be processed and shipped same day.
Choosing Next Day Air shipping on a Friday afternoon or a weekend will not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
