Return & Refund Policies

Returns - We are more than happy to accept returns and issue a full refund after we receive the item back.

Please note the following instructions when sending back :
• Items must be returned in their original condition as all items will be thoroughly inspected upon return and any item that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged properly.
• Make sure to reset the product and remove any iCloud / Google accounts.
• Include the original invoice or a note with your name and order number inside the packaging.
