We only ship to USPS-validated addresses. We do not ship to Freight forwarders.

All orders are processed and generally shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of payment.

Items above $450 will require a signature at delivery.

Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address.

All packages that are returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item.

Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after the confirmed delivery date to the buyer.

In the rare event that we overlook a defect and there is something wrong with your phone, we will work with you rapidly to get the issue resolved. If we have the item in stock we only offer exchange and not refund. If the item is out of stock we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
