Prompt shipment. I ordered after work on a Monday, and the phone was out for delivery on Thursday. The shipper did not get to my office before we closed, so it actually got to me on Friday. Including a screen protector was a nice touch. If I'd known they were sending one, I could have saved a couple dollars by not ordering one on my own. (Good to have a spare, I suppose.) If they were hoping to improve the transaction in any way, I'd suggest refreshing their supply of wet/dry screen wipes for the screen protector. (The "wet" packet was dry.)

The phone was exactly as described. I was able to activate the phone without any issues.

This phone is in stellar condition, and it came quickly. No complaints there.

I wanted to update my feedback after reading more about the Swappa phone condition rating system and realizing that "mint" does not require original packaging. This may be personal preference, but I'd rather have the phone come in a plain ol' box than a box pretending to be an actual iPhone box, because that just made me nervous that the phone would be a fake. But the serial checked out and all is well! Thanks again.
