Received device, functions as described. Lowered rating for a couple reasons. Deep scratch and marks on screen in one area that pictures didn't show and description didn't disclose. Phone overall very dirty, gunk around the silence switch and debris and dirt in the holes for the speakers its brownish gunk that is pretty gross. Also was sent two screen protectors only one is for the phone i bought the other is for a plus sized device so it does me no good.

Good Seller - would do business with again. This sale: shipping was a little slow (a solid week) which could have been because of Christmas shipping volume. Phone arrived as described, ready for activation, at a decent (not great, not bad) price.

Return & Refund Policies

We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 15% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser
