The seller was very helpful and accommodating. After having the phone for a little over two weeks, the left side of the screen suddenly stopped working with no damage to the phone. I reached out to the seller and they were able to provide me with a replacement screen at no cost. I did complete this repair myself however, they only sent the part. The phone is now working flawlessly.

Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 15% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser
