There was a mistake with the processing of my payment (no fault of the vendor's, seems like it was a PayPal issue). I wound up having ordered 2 phones instead of 1. Seller and Swappa staff were incredibly responsive and prompt with cancelling the order and refunding me. Couldn't have been more quickly solved!

Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 15% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser
