Poor/little communication. Disappointing customer service.

Initial phone received was glitchy--kept freezing.

Replacement phone also had problems! Wasn't as advertised; also there is a distracting spot of white light in upper right corner-- evidence of phone being dropped/damaged by previous owner. None of this was noticed or mentioned by Cellular Returns.

Not happy with inspection quality, or the company's willingness to make things right with me.

At this point, I'm just going to live with a phone I'm not happy with, because I don't have time to keep trying phones out to hope for quality. I need to move on with my life. Not a happy customer. Not a good experience.

I’ve been trying to convince myself that it’s not that bad and that I could just live with it, I received the phone looks great better than expected, anyway’s there’s a few issues with the Phone. 1. The lightning cable headphone jack does not work tried to troubleshoot but it does not recognize Apple lightning jack headphones. 2. The left speaker in the bottom of the hand set has virtually no sound compared to the other one (tried everything to fix it but to no avail , I would’ve probably been able to live with both of those issues, but the 3rd, and main issue is the connectivity, Constant buffering very very weak when it picks up a Wi-Fi signal no matter what type of feed streaming is super slow really has more than two bars but but the spinner never stops and it freezes and pixelates I’ve adjusted settings for max speed but still buffering, streams poor.I think I only have till the sixth or 10th for my 30 days What can you do for me?

I received the item very quickly faster than expected. I found the description to be conservative from the actual condition which is better than described. All functions, buttons and specs are as described. The device was even wiped and at the ready point to setup. I would not hesitate purchasing from this seller again.

Return & Refund Policies

We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 15% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser
