The volume up bottom does not work sometimes which was not listed.
And the battery dies fast which was listed. However, when I went to change the battery the little screws at the bottom were stripped so not able to change the battery unless take it to an Apple store and spend a fortune. Other then that the phone works fine.

Arrived in great condition. I’ve used the phone a whole day and haven’t seen any issues. The battery drains quicker than my old phone however that was expected since this phone is an older model. The seller listed battery health and Its accurate. I don’t see any scratches on the phone. It came with a screen protector for free. Did not include a charger, but it wasn’t listed with it. Very happy with my purchase, seller responded to my comments quickly, will definitely purchase through swappa again.

We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 15% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser
