Received the device as described in working order and in good time. I had no issues and if I had issues I had no reason to believe the seller wouldn't have helped out based on past reviews and other information provided.
EDIT: I said originally 'I had no reason to believe the seller wouldn't have helped out' - and I stand by that. I had some issues with the phone (no fault of theirs) and they worked with me a great deal to help me in my situation and offered me several alternatives.
