Thanks for shipping the phone even with the Swappa-fault's wrong delivery address tied to my account. The phone seem in good condition, as described.
But "not thanks" for not making sure I would have no fees to pay (UPS say I owe them 124$ for brokerage fees...). I'm sure these fee could've been avoided on your end. You also could have just stop and contact me to see what we should do, if ou have no experience shipping to Canada. Instead, you just went ahead and told UPS to let the Receiver pay all necessary fees.
