My experience has been quite disappointing. The device I received was not as described, with a camera issue that significantly affected its functionality. What truly struck me was the seller's unprofessional behavior, which, though they did eventually show some willingness to address the issue, was marred by their rudeness.

Initially, when I raised concerns about the device's condition, the seller responded disrespectfully and even accused me of causing damage to the device. While they eventually expressed some willingness to resolve the problem, it's unfortunate that my attempts to communicate and find a fair resolution were met with rudeness and dismissiveness.

While I understand that transactions can sometimes encounter issues, I believe that professional communication is key to maintaining trust between buyers and sellers. Unfortunately, this seller's approach fell short of that expectation.
