This person sold me a phone that was already damaged. The same day I received the phone, I inspected and immediately activated it to test it. The phone barely stayed on long enough to get through activation let alone to complete a call. It turned green and powered down every time it was turned back on and when I asked for a refund I was told I was the reason the phone was damaged. Ofcourse I dont expect you to take accountability for selling me a damaged phone. I've bought phones from other sellers and my Samsung flip z and iphone 12 works great but thats because I didn't purchase it through this seller. Im no longer using swappa based off this one experience. $171 down the drain.
