The phone appears to be in excellent condition. We just activated it today, and everything is working as it should be. There were no scratches on the screen or the body of the phone. I will update this if we run into problems down the road. For now, thanks for the great deal!

We are happy with the phone, however, we did not know it would come without a SIM card. Also, the tracking indicated that it would arrive on a Monday....all the way up through early a.m. on Tuesday. It eventually arrived on Tuesday.
Otherwise, all good.

Return & Refund Policies

A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent Paypal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.

The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
