There are easy customer experiences and there are more tricky ones. This one is one I won't forget. We ran into some hiccups thanks to USPS and they were amazing during the entire process. They rectified it even though it was not their fault and they were very responsive the whole time. I don't like buying from Business Sellers on Swappa but these guys have my support for life

Return & Refund Policies

A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent Paypal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.

The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
