The listing said pristine condition and the screen was in great condition, with no signs of wear and tear but there were a significant amount of scratches on the screen. Not really visible once I put a screen protector on but just not really as accurate as the description said.

The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
