WORSE INTERNET BUYING Experience EVER! Look at phone pics cafefully if you brave enough to buy from them. Sent moto g1 instead of moto g2. Didn't want to pay return shipping until Swappa intervened. It took multiple emails but I have my complete refund.

Seller completely wasted two days of my time. They listed a product they did not have in stock and waited their full two days before bothering to refund the purchase price and notify me that they "couldn't find the item in their inventory." Don't list it if you don't have it to sell.

Corporate sellers like this are going to give Swappa a bad name. These guys didn't need to post any photographic proof of device, did not list any of the details that private owners are required to list. all because they're a trusted seller. Well, they aren't trusted by me anymore.

Seemed to be a bit of a delay as to when the phone shipped. Other than that, easy transaction and the 'mint' phone was exactly that. Good deal.

Most importantly the product is as advertised, looks fine and works fine. My only complaint is I had a few questions and they only respond to inquiries once a day via email. More shipping options would be nice.

I ordered an iphone 5 and it ended up coming in about 5 days. It came as described (in mint condition) with no scuffs or scratches other than a weird bleached spot on the back. All in all the phone has worked perfectly so i would definitely recommend buying from here.

Shipping Policies

Return & Refund Policies

BEEED’s goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by BREED are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by BREED, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a BREED error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
