This was a very bad sale. I would rate the seller 0 out of 10. First thing they didn't ship my phone for a week. I opened a paypal dispute and then they send the phone. The phone that arrived looked ok externally but the box it came in said refurbished. Now I didn't buy a refurbished phone I bought a mint condition phone. So now the phone itself had some internal hardware problem. The phone kept freezing and rebooting. all the apps would crash all the time. I escalated the paypal dispute and finally got my money back. Do not buy from this seller, I would even say they should not be allowed to sell.

The phone came WITHOUT the battery. I expected to receive the phone with the battery, and the selles didn´t give me any explanation

Shipping Policies


BREED ships via multiple carriers. All orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor the progress of the shipment. Please remember that the time it takes to receive your order includes the transit time with the carrier as well as the time it takes to process your order in the warehouse. Our goal is to process the order as quickly as possible; typically this means the same day or the next business day.

Return & Refund Policies


BEEED’s goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by BREED are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by BREED, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a BREED error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
