My first experience with swappa also produced a scratched phone, which is not upsetting. Seller was responsive, quick to ship, and might have addressed this issue given the chance..

What is shady or accidentally harmful is having the pics of the phone with a screen protector on, obscuring a screenful of scratches, and there is most definitely a screenful. Buyer beware situation. In the future I’d look out for this tactic and frankly if the raw screen was shown in this listing I would not have purchased the phone for the premium price I paid. Did not notice the screen protector in the photos. Local options in better condition than the covered-up nature of this phone. Bad value.
