I am ancient and NOT very savvy about cell phones. I consider myself VERY lucky to have made this purchase from this seller. He was honest, considerate and helpful..even sending me links to videos on how to move the contents of the old phone to this one. The phone itself was just as he described it. Battery health was correct but the condition of the phone, which he listed as "good" was actually pristine! I was thrilled at how beautiful, scratch free and "new" it is! I am recommending Brandon and Swappa to all my friends! I honestly do not know of a thing I would change in this transaction...it even arrived a day earlier than expected. Full GOLD stars here!

Right off the bat the keyboard isn’t working. It’s wigging out and lagging really really badly and adding random letters&spaces in when I’m typing. I’m so disappointed and hope it self resolves somehow.

Devices will be shipped within 1 business day in most cases. Devices are shipped with USPS 2-3 Day Priority or UPS. If you have a preference, let us know on the sale page. We strive to ensure your device arrives as fast as possible, however there may be delays from the carrier's end.
Expedited requests are shipped with UPS Next Day for an extra $40. Please let us know on the sale page if you'd like to add on Next Day shipping.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are only accepted if there is an issue that was not described.
All devices are covered by a 30 day warranty. If a device has any issue within that time frame, it will be returned free of charge. This does not include accidental damage.
Change of address, buyer's remorse (before device being shipped), and other similar situations will be subject to a 5% fee, this 5% fee is charged to the seller (me) to issue any refund. This is a recent policy change by PayPal.
