Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date. If there is an issue with the phone you receive, please reach out to us, and let us know. We usually respond by end of day the next business day
Before you return a phone, you must log out of all accounts, iCloud and Apple ID, turn off find my iPhone, and remove all passwords, face id/touch id, and passcode. Then factory reset and power off the device.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 15% which is the restock fee.
• The 180-Day Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
