The phone was exactly as described. The fault was on me that I didn't see that this particular model of iphone7 doesn't work with Verizon even if it's unlocked. Vendor did not accept returns and return policy wasn't explicitly displayed on the listing.

Better than described! Note 8 was in almost MInt Condition!!! the "scratches" the seller mentioned were very hard to see, they would never distract or impede usage!
