I have to give this sale a thumbs up because, although the device was not working after I inserted a new sim card, YouReTron did step up and offer a refund if i returned the device. The only problem I have is that they expected me to pay for the shipping and did not provide a return shipping label. Maybe offer a return label when you device is faulty. Thank you for taking responsibility and attempting a solution. I did not send the device back, but rather had it repaired by Apple.
