Product came and did not work as described. The seller had thought everything worked perfectly and when I informed him it didn't he said to send it back and that he'd pay return shipping. He honored the return and paid for the shipping cost. Where it's not ideal to have to return something with an issue it does happen and this seller had great customer service.
