Brand new phone arrived in original box as advertised. Got exactly what I purchased!
Description was listed as very good condition big gash in back of phone. Also described guaranteed 2-3 day shipping. I ordered late Sunday night. Was put into system Monday morning as shipped. Prompt there. But priority ground is DEFINITELY NOT 2-3 day shipping. Didn't recieve item until Friday. And only recieved it then because I had it held at post office. Otherwise they said it wouldn't have been delivered until sometime Saturday. Don't guarantee things unless you can actually back it up. And definitely don't describe an item as good condition with no scratches when it has a big gash(almost all the way across the back).
