Not sure how to rate this seller. Phone did not work and he quickly responded for me to send it back for a full refund. That was good, but then when phone was returned, communication was certainly not there. It was over the holidays, so that has to be taken into account. As soon as a Swappa rep got involved and I sent another message through PayPal, he refunded in full a little over a week after receiving phone back. I do think he makes good on his sales, just slow when there is an issue.
