as advertised. only issues is this seller is the worse in customer service skills. never respond to any post I saw on almost all of his posting. so that is the reason I am taking one star away. shipping is on time.

Phone was listed as excellent , when arrived screen full of scratches. Promised to pay return shipping but did not.

Seller is non-responsive (unless Swappa staff is involved) to buyer before, during, and after issues (-1 star) are discovered.
Seller had to be prompted by Swappa staff to actually issue a refund after receiving the device (-2 stars) two+ business days ago.
+2 stars for issuing a refund today and not making me go to PayPal for the refund.

Shipping was quick and item was in the condition described. Good seller!

the packing of the phone wasn't the best. was just thin paper instead of bubble wrap. Luckily the phone wasn't damaged in transit. Other than that phone didn't have any potential damage and works great. The seller should really take more care in wrapping ALL shipped devices in bubble wrap instead of thin paper !

More scratches than I was expecting, but still super fast and convenient.

Phone is in great shape and received it in less than a week from purchase.
