The phone arrived cosmetically in near perfect condition however, there was a component loose inside the phone causing the casing to not close properly. I opened the case, reattached the component, and all was good.

Update 2 days later: The phone I got from this seller has a bad battery. The phone will power off at 20-30% and report sporadic percentages. Buyer beware.
