This is an old phone so I expect it to have some problems. This phone however has a difficult time with basic tasks. I roamed with the phone for 2 weeks in the UK and Ireland with constant System UI failures, overheating, battery draining and multiple cables had to be carefully placed in order to charge. Wifi had difficulty connecting even to cloud services. Several restarts are required to reconnect the phone once back in the states and even then overheating and failures to connect to both the home wifi and the Verizon network. I think this phone in particular has led a very tough life. It's survived the trip but I will be replacing it everyday use. The seller was prompt and communicative. This is just an old phone that can't handle the updates Verizon forces on it.
