I feel overall satisfied with this device. The phone appears nearly as described; I do question the status of new, however I am overall pleased with the condition of the device.
Lacks communication and does not follow instructions i reached out to you multiple times only to get a candid response "ok" or "yes" i am not happy with this purchase because my request was not met. So this is my experience with them and i am really not happy with them.
