Update: 3 days after receiving the phone it has stopped working. I have tried all of the troubleshooting guides that I can find - factory reset, hard reboot, safemode etc. - to no avail. Requesting a refund.
Initial comments:
Took a few days to ship.
The phone will not update android versions. The bandwave version does not match what at&t site says it should in order to update. Supposedly I can go into a Best Buy store to have them update it but I have not tried yet. They could not help me at the AT&T store.
