Did not get the original charger with the iPad but great product. Was as described.

The phones look brand new, the sale was smooth and was shipped fast. I have been using one of the phones a couple weeks now and it works great!!

What I learned from my first Swappa purchase "new retail" doesn't mean only the seal on the box has been broken; which is what I expected. I got the phones in an unused Verizon box, it did not have the serial numbers for the phone you normally see on the side for a brand new phone, no manual and chargers clearly were not OEM. I bought two Droid Mini's, the chargers that were in the boxes are not OEM, cords are different lengths and are worthless. One I cannot get to fit either phone to charge and the other gets very hot when charging. Using an OEM charger from my old Motorola phone and works fine. The device condition stated, “With Original box and accessories” was not accurate at all. I hope I didn’t end up with refurbished phones.
