Definitely not near mint condition. Good at best. 4 edges and screen have light to moderate scratches. Also, this is not a Tmobile original phone. It is Sprint original. Granted its unlocked but its not what you said. Original carrier is important to know when it comes to insuring devices with a carrier.

Horrible condition; I had to take it to the apple store and luckily they gave me a new in trade . I didn’t expect this phone you sold me to have so many issues interior and exterior. I will not be purchasing again from this seller.

Not exactly near mint condition with two long abrasion scratches from the metal phone security device used to hold the phone when on display in a store. If i were selling this phone i would have rated it as fair condition and noted the two abrasive scratches on both sides of the phone the entire length of the display.
