Seller listed as "mint" condition with no defects, but the phone included damage which included noticeable dents to the corner on the phone. Seller wanted ME to pay s/h to return the phone. This seller is essentially a scam artist who posts deceiving pictures that don't show the damage and will try to pass off the phone as mint or new, Swappa won't do anything about it and I'm sure they've been doing this for a long time. Not impressed.

The phone was in near mint (not MINT) condition. There were a couple scuffs on the back glass. I opted to pay for the accessories as well, but the phone would not consistently recognize the charger, possibly showing that the charger was not an authentic Apple charger. I had to buy a real Apple one separately in order to actually charge my phone. As for the headphones, they 100% are not real Apple headphones. I have real ones to compare it to. The sound and the build quality of the ones the seller sent were sub par. I'm disappointed because I paid extra for knock-off products. The only real positive of this whole experience was that the phone worked well.

Phone was shipped quickly and in great condition. The charging cord was even included! Very happy with this service.
