James Bradley started at Swappa in 2018 as part of the Support and Moderation team. He is currently an Administrator and works a QA role coordinating between the Support and Development teams. Recently, he has stepped in to write content for Swappa's Blog. He is passionate about eCommerce having sold online for more than 20 years. His articles focus on helping the Swappa community make confident buying decisions and teaching sellers how to create better listings to get the most money from their used tech. If he's not writing a blog article or hunting down a bug, he's probably hunting for items to resell or reading a book.
