Device was in wonderful condition. The seller did an excellent job at documenting every aspect of the device, including the negative ones. Device came factory restored with no data from the previous owner. Very clean exterior. Shipped in a standard USPS box and the device was also bubble wrapped inside the box, there was no chance this could've been damaged in shipping.

UPDATE: used the web camera for the first time today and there is definitely something wrong with it - has black spots showing up on the screen when using FaceTime. not sure what it will cost to get this repaired. :-(

I was never notified on the sale page that the package had shipped but it was here in better time than expected and is in excellent condition. Would have given 5 stars if the page hadn't said "not yet" next to shipping the whole time. Great price, great phone, and the included qualcom charger is fantastic. Would buy from this seller again in the future.

I did have to reset the device to factory defaults, which is a little strange; it was still receiving text messages from unknown people. But overall, the phone is in new cosmetic and functional condition. And it arrived quickly/just in time before I'm out of town for a while!

Great Seller. Great Product. The item kind of took long to arrive, but I did order it the day before Thanksgiving, so the holiday probably slowed it down. Another thing that worried is when I took in with a carrier, they told me the phone was blacklisted; after several attempts it was working properly with the carrier and was not considered blacklisted. Other than that I recommend buying from this seller.

After using this phone for nearly two months, T-Mobile shut it off, saying that it was either lost or stolen. I ended up returning it to this seller on the off-chance that it was not stolen merchandise and therefore that I was not trafficking stolen merchandise and would go to jail myself. Turns out that, despite the sellers claim that the phone has a "Clean IMEI Ready for activation with T-Mobile," it is possible that the previous owner of the phone simply had not paid the extended payment plan bill. So, while it may have been a stolen phone, T-Mobile may also have simply refused to provide service to anyone who has the phone in their possession. I will never know.

Full credit was received and Swappa refunded its fee. All in all, it was a bummer. Four months later I still had not received the cost of postage from Tech Envy (according to him he forgot). After my expression of outrage, Tech Envy refunded my postage cost plus $4.34 for my trouble, which was a nice gesture.

This wasn't exactly "new mint" as the seller described. I have found several scuffs and scratches. Nothing major, however. To their credit, they were prompt to communicate and provide status. The shipment was fast as promised. I am overall satisfied with the purchase.

Update: it has been almost a week and no refund.
Extremely fast shipping, but after activating device on the Verizon network Samsung Knox locked the phone. The seller offered refund or replace the device and was extremely prompt to respond to all posts to try and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. It is easy to give someone a good review, when everything goes perfect, but this transaction had some bumps and the seller worked with me until all where overcome to my satisfaction.
