Edit: After having the phone for a couple weeks, I went to use the headphone jack only to find that there was the tip of a stereo-mini plug broken off inside it. It was trivial to remove, but it looks as though the device wasn't fully tested before sending. The phone works fine now, but be sure to check once received!

Quick response. Phone activated and working great with no major issues. Just sticky film on screen but Verizon rep removed with screen cleanser...

What seemed great turned terrible. Was my first smartphone ever. Was on LG Lotus for 5 yrs. Ad said was his personal phone, but found out it had been used by someone before him after I received b/c was not insurable. 2 wks later the phone froze and never turned on again. Only used to make calls, text, and use internet. Didn't root or download one app. Very basic. Tried to avoid involving Tech Envy. Used Samsung Warranty, Best Buy's Samsung service twice to reflash phone's software, but never worked. Sent back, and subsequently treated with hostility; said I purposefully damaged & rooted which is why it failed. Samsung would not have taken it in if I had done "anything" to void the warranty. Even sent warranty service ticket number. Not fully refunded b/c he blamed me for multiple fraudulent things. Treated poorly, instead of just acknowledging that things happen with electronics. Very disappointed as I took every avenue to keep the phone.

Update 7/6/2015 I switched to T-Mobile and was shocked to discover the device has a bad IMEI. Seller and Swappa staff is unresponsive to this issue.
